Challenge

Miller Schackman, a growing NYC brokerage, needed a sharper, more compelling sales pitch to differentiate itself in a highly competitive market. The team also sought to improve its email and text marketing strategy to better qualify and nurture leads, while elevating its buyer collateral to create a more premium client experience.

My Role

I developed a new messaging framework for the brokerage, crafting a clear, persuasive sales narrative to resonate with NYC buyers. I also wrote targeted marketing copy for their email and SMS lead qualification strategy and designed premium buyer-facing collateral to enhance engagement during the discovery process.
