Challenge

Dishin x Danny launched its new meal prep service in a fiercely competitive New York City market that is overrun with dining options – from fast casual chains to delivery apps to gourmet restaurants.

My Role

As a hired consultant, my role was to strategize and execute the go-to-market plan that differentiated Dishin x Danny from other meal services. I developed targeted marketing materials and outreach campaigns, focusing on the brand’s commitment to quality, transparency, and local sourcing. I also collaborated with the team to optimize the online ordering system and customer communication channels to enhance user experience and retention.

Outcome

Dishin x Danny successfully launched in the competitive NYC market and quickly established a solid customer base. Within just four months, it grew to a revenue positive business and secured an average order base of ~40 meals per week.
